To operate "Merch Alerts," we collect only the minimum necessary data provided via the Discord API:

• Server (Guild) & Channel IDs: To deliver notifications to your chosen location.
• Role IDs: To tag specified roles during stock drops.
• User IDs: To manage premium subscriptions and administrative permissions.

2. Data Usage

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Security

While no PII or sensitive data is collected, we still uphold high standards for security but cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Updates to Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
