By adding Merch Alerts to your Discord server or using its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Merch Alerts provides automated notifications for merchandise stock and updates. We do not sell merchandise directly. All transactions occur on third-party platforms.

3. "As-Is" Clause & Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of stock alerts or the successful purchase of items. Merch Alerts is not liable for any financial loss or missed opportunities resulting from bot downtime or incorrect data.

• Accuracy: We strive for speed, but technical delays, store-side changes, or internet latency may occur. We are not liable for "missed" items or stock errors. We are also not liable for any issues on external stores, it is the users responsibility to ensure externally linked websites are credible and trustworthy before proceeding with any purchases.
• No Guarantee: Notifications are for informational purposes. Successfully checking out an item is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Interruptions: We do not guarantee that the service will work without any interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend the service at any time for any reason and we do not guarantee refunds in case of service suspension.

4. Subscription & Payments

Premium features are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
